Your Main Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and maintain our core data transformation layer using dbt.
- Write and optimize the complex SQL transformations in Google BigQuery that power all our analytics.
- Use Python for scripting, data automation, and integrating new data sources to expand our data warehouse.
- Own the full lifecycle of business intelligence, from stakeholder requirements to building and maintaining our suite of self-service dashboards in Metabase.
- Act as a strategic data partner to leadership, helping them define KPIs and answer their most complex questions.
- Conduct deep-dive, ad-hoc analyses to uncover hidden trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable, data-backed recommendations.
- Champion data quality, documentation, and governance, ensuring all data is accurate, trusted, and well-understood.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineering, or business intelligence.
- Expert-level mastery of Metabase, dbt, Google BigQuery, Python and Data pipeline orchestration
- Professional-level written and verbal English communication skills.
- Advanced SQL skills are a must.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage projects end-to-end, and communicate with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and a passion for using data to drive real-world impact.
