Fulfillment Coordinator

As Order Fulfillment Coordinator (Displan Analyst), you are the operational link between field demand and inventory flow. You ensure every order from our SBP network is fulfilled on time, every time and that KIP never runs into stockouts that disrupt commercial momentum.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Coordinate end-to-end inventory order fulfillment to and from KIP's SBP network

- Monitor and ensure fulfillment SLAs are met for every order, from placement through to delivery

- Analyze demand patterns and develop distribution planning (Displan) forecasts to optimize inventory flow

- Proactively identify stockout risks and propose mitigation strategies before issues arise

- Coordinate with SBP Relationship Officers to align field requirements with inventory availability

- Prepare regular fulfillment reports covering SLA performance, lead time analysis, and inventory status

- Coordinate with the Finance team on billing and payment processes related to fulfillment

- Actively participate in system testing and inventory process fine-tuning prior to operational go-live

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

- Order fulfillment SLA ≥ 95% (on-time delivery per cycle)

- Order-to-delivery lead time (in line with agreed SBP SLA)

- Stockout incident frequency (target: zero or near-zero)

- Inventory forecast accuracy (monthly)

- Fulfillment report completeness and delivery timeliness (100% on-schedule)

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

- 3–5 years of experience in order management, logistics operations, or supply chain

- Familiarity with inventory and fulfillment systems (WMS, ERP, or equivalent tools)

- Strong analytical capability in reading order data and inventory trends

- Process-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven approach

- Excellent coordination skills across multiple stakeholders (SBPs, Operations, Finance)

- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English

Nice to Have:

- Experience in telco, digital product distribution, or FMCG industries

- Familiarity with distribution planning (Displan) concepts in multi-distributor networks

- Experience in organizations with multi-cluster or regional distribution structures
