Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse and fulfillment operations (receiving, picking, packing, and shipping).
- Ensure order accuracy, on-time delivery, and SLA achievement.
- Manage inventory control, including regular stock counts and discrepancy investigation.
- Plan manpower, work schedules, and daily targets for warehouse staff.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, customer service, sales) regarding order fulfillment.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs.
- Ensure SOP compliance, safety standards, and warehouse cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- At least 23 years of experience as a Warehouse or Fulfillment Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Experience using WMS/ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong leadership, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work shifts and during peak periods
