Responsible in ensuring food manufacturing processes in Karawang Plant meets rigorous Kraft Heinz quality & hygiene standard and respective government regulation by monitoring and controlling the production processes from raw materials, production processing, packaging, until finish goods storage in the Plant. Develop short, medium and long term FSQ management system Plant to maintain brand reputation as well as to prevent further damage.

  • Working closely with Head of FSQ Indonesia to build quality and assurance standards, programs, policies, and documentation processes and procedures across Karawang Factory.
  • Working closely with HRBP Team and respective FSQ vendors related with training program in order to ensure FSQ and Operations Team having the same understanding on quality, trained, and receive the most updated food safety protocols and regulation.
  • Ensuring and monitoring food processes and storage are comply with food safety standards by managing inspection, testing, raw materials review, and product testing & analysis.
  • Working closely with R&D, RA, and NPD Team to succeed new products and product improvements that meet safety and quality standards.
  • Driving the QRMP System standard and Golden Rules to achieve the target
  • Manage and drive the deliverables of KHMS (Kraft Heinz Manufacturing System), especially Quality Pillar.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
  • Organize customers audits and plant visits to mitigate risks related to food safety and quality.
  • Responsible to ensure risk management is implemented by assessing risks, consumer complaints service, investigation, crisis protocols and escalation, and develop & implement continuous improvements
  • Monitor the implementation of good house-keeping practices throughout the production and warehouse area.
  • Working closely with Plant Management Team to ensure all FSQ standards are implemented in the Plant area.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and above in food science, food safety, microbiology, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years experience as Site FSQ in food & beverage industry.
  • Experience in hygienic design & microbiology will be an advantage.
  • Experience in food safety and quality management, with a focus on continuous improvement and driving change in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders
