Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide best service for customers, based on service excellent standard
- Provide information to customers and non-customers regarding bank products
- Accommodate and manage customers complaintInput cash and non-cash transactions
- Provide service according to banking standards
- Check and verify the authenticity of money, documents, or other data that received from customers
- Minimum Diploma (D3) education, in any major
- Have minimum 2 years experience as a Teller and/or Customer Service in Banking Industry
- Good service attitude and good communication skills
- MS Office literacy
- Fluent in English
