Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide best service for customers, based on service excellent standard
  • Provide information to customers and non-customers regarding bank products
  • Accommodate and manage customers complaintInput cash and non-cash transactions
  • Provide service according to banking standards
  • Check and verify the authenticity of money, documents, or other data that received from customers

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) education, in any major
  • Have minimum 2 years experience as a Teller and/or Customer Service in Banking Industry
  • Good service attitude and good communication skills
  • MS Office literacy
  • Fluent in English
