The Opportunity:

As a Frontend Engineer you will join our Technology team and help build scalable, high-performing web applications that support FIT HUB's digital products and business growth. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver user-focused experiences across our website, lead generation platforms, and internal systems.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and TypeScript
• Build and enhance customer-facing and internal platforms, including websites, lead generation flows, and operational dashboards
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Ensure applications are performant, scalable, accessible, and reliable
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while contributing to code reviews and engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
• Contribute to frontend architecture, reusable components, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We Need:

• 4+ years of experience in Frontend Engineering or Web Development
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience building and maintaining production web applications
• Familiarity with API integration, state management, and modern frontend development practices
• Understanding of web performance, responsive design, and frontend optimization
• Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
