Frontend Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Angular Developer, Frontend Developer (Angular), or equivalent role, with hands-on experience delivering production-ready web applications.
• Strong expertise in Angular Framework (version 2+ up to the latest version) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining enterprise-scale frontend applications using Angular architecture and component-based development approaches.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and frontend engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with MVVM/MVC Design Patterns and Modular Architecture concepts.
• Experience in building responsive, scalable, reusable, and maintainable frontend applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Hands-on experience using development and collaboration tools such as Git, Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SonarQube.
• Ability to analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into frontend technical solutions aligned with existing architecture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively while contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
• Exposure to other frontend frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js is considered an advantage, but Angular remains the primary required technology.

Job Description:

• Develop and deliver front-end web applications in accordance with business requirements, technical standards, and development guidelines.
• Analyze business and functional requirements and provide recommendations and feedback to support project implementation, including requirement clarification, user flow validation, and wireframe evaluation for digital platform initiatives.
• Design and create wireframes, screen layouts, prototypes, and UI mockups to support application development and user experience optimization.
• Develop and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Angular framework aligned with existing system architecture and frontend standards.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while ensuring compliance with coding standards, best practices, and internal governance.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, QA Engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to development activities, implementation processes, and release deliverables.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations for continuous improvement in application quality, development efficiency, and user experience.
• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing enhancement activities for existing applications.
