Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Staff Frontend Developer to design and developed of high-quality user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. As technical staff on the engineering team, you will set the technical direction for frontend architecture closely with backend to deliver products that delight our users.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable frontend applications for web (React/Next.js) and mobile (React Native/Flutter/Next.Js/iOS & Android).
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and propose improvements that align with business goals.
• Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes for both web and mobile.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for product, design, and business teams to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree from Computer Science or related fields

Minimum 1+ Years of professional frontend development experience, with significant exposure to both web and mobile platforms.

• Advanced proficiency in Flutter and Next.Js.
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture patterns, state management and performance optimization.
• Experience with mobile app deployment processes (App Store, Google Play), including code signing, beta distribution, and release management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical decisions to both technical and non-technical.
