The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company. Using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance frontend features in accordance with technical and business requirements.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development standards.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure reliable system interoperability.
- Work closely with product designers to translate UI/UX designs into responsive and functional user interfaces.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide documentation and support for implemented features when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack / Frontend developer using React.js and Next.js.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Node.js, RESTful API integration, Flutter and Golang.
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Basic understanding of frontend performance optimization and responsive design principles.
- Knowledge or exposure to Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Knowledge of Human Capital processes (e.g., recruitment, payroll, performance management) will be considered an advantage.
