Front-End Developer Lead provides technical vision and leadership to the front-end team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and responsive user interfaces. This role combines hands-on development with strategic oversight to translate complex UI/UX designs into seamless digital experiences while maintaining strict technical standards and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Front-End Development with a proven track record in a leadership capacity.
- Expert proficiency in ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, NextAuth.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- Deep familiarity with React Hook Form, Yup, Axios, API Routes, and Node.js.
- Strong mastery of code quality and formatting tools, specifically ESLint and Prettier.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to evaluate specifications and recommend effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proven ability to mentor developers and drive best practices in modern web development.
- Willingness to work On-Site (WFO).
