Frontend Developer to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Backend, Product, and Design teams to deliver intuitive, responsive, and visually polished user interfaces. You will play a key role in transforming design concepts into seamless digital experiences, ensuring performance, usability, and consistency across our products.
Job Descriptions
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using Next.js (App Router), Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.
- Translate UX/UI designs into responsive, accessible, and reusable components.
- Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs, handle state management, and optimize data flows.
- Ensure performance optimization (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, caching, and image optimization).
- Maintain clean and modular code structure aligned with Antikode's internal frontend standards.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure pixel-perfect and consistent UI delivery across breakpoints.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude, MCP workflows) to improve coding efficiency and documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, pull requests, and internal frontend guild discussions.
- Contribute to design system improvements and reusable UI components across products.
- Stay updated with frontend trends, frameworks, and modern React ecosystem updates.
Job Requirements
- 23 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
- Strong proficiency in React / Next.js.
- Experienced with Tailwind CSS and component libraries (shadcn/ui or Radix UI)
- Solid understanding of TypeScript, React hooks, and state management (Zustand, Redux, or Context API).
- Familiar with Git, CI/CD workflows, and API integration testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Comfortable working in an AI-augmented coding environment (Cursor, Copilot, MCP-based tools).
- Experience in responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
