Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  • Lead, train, and support Front Desk Agents in delivering high-quality guest service
  • Handle guest check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments for guest needs
  • Monitor room status, reservations, and daily reports
  • Ensure front office procedures and service standards are maintained at all times
  • Assist in preparing duty schedules and monitoring staff performance
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized front office environment
  • Handle VIP arrivals and ensure special requests are met
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and safety standards

Requirements

  • Familiar using PowerPro system
  • Minimum education Diploma (D3)
  • Experience as Front Office Supervisor in hotel or minimum 23 years as Front Desk Agent (FDA)
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate the team
  • Well-groomed, confident, and guest-oriented
  • Willing to be placed at Veranda Hotel & Residence @ Puri, West Jakarta
