Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinic services in accordance with established procedures and standards.
  • Respond to patient inquiries related to registration and scheduling via WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, both directly on-site and through WhatsApp and the clinic website.
  • Calculate service fees based on the treatment provided and process payments using the designated system.
  • Input patient informationincluding vouchers, therapy session schedules, and special notesinto the clinic management system.
  • Prepare daily administrative and cashier revenue reports as required.

Requirements

  • Male/Female
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service is a strong advantage (preferrably in healthcare sector)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar applications
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Able to communicate professionally in English in work and customer service situations.
  • Domicile in Tangerang Selatan
