As a Front Office Staff, you play a vital role in shaping patient experience from the moment they arrive. If you enjoy interacting with people, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive healthcare team, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure the front desk area is always neat, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and friendly customer service to patients and visitors
  • Train, supervise, and support front-line teams, including receptionists, security guards, and call center agents
  • Handle patient inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Respond calmly and effectively to urgent situations or emergencies
  • Support smooth front office operations in a dynamic healthcare environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Communication, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused mindset
  • High level of professionalism, empathy, and service orientation
  • Familiarity with front office systems, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing situations
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
  • Willing to work in a shift system.
