As a Front Office, you will be the face of our property, delivering exceptional service to all guests from arrival to departure. Your primary role is to ensure a memorable, personalized, and seamless guest experience, while professionally handling inquiries, feedback, and special requests.
Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, front office, maintenance, etc.) to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with guests to anticipate needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor guest feedback and relay suggestions for service improvement.
- Support the front office team with administrative tasks and other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in guest services, front office, or customer-facing hospitality roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, engaging, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
