About the job Front-End Web Developer
As a Front-End Web Developer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and HCMS (Human Capital Management System).
Responsibilities
- Develop new features and fix bugs in web-based systems
- Customize and develop features for client projects
- Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness
- Support light implementation tasks for multiple clients
- Collaborate with consultants and sales teams
- Explore and adopt new technologies for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years of front-end development experience (fresh graduates are welcome with proven internship experience)
- Proficient in:
- PHP (Laravel)
- Next.js
- REST API
- PostgreSQL / SQL Server
- Strong programming logic and attention to detail
- Independent, proactive, and a team player
- Communicative, open to feedback, and responsible
- Passionate about building large-scale systems
