Job Description
Summary :
Responsible for managing the front desk area, welcoming and serving professional
guests/visitors, handling incoming and outgoing communication channels (calls, emails, and
correspondence), and supporting basic office administration and facility operations to
ensure a positive company image and smooth daily office workflow.
Job Descriptions :
1. Greet guests, clients, and visitors in a friendly, professional manner, and manage
guest logbooks in compliance with security procedures.
2. Handle incoming calls, transfer them to the appropriate extensions or departments,
and record/forward messages promptly and accurately using proper phone
etiquette.
3. Manage, record, receive, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and
packages in an organized manner.
4. Provide basic general information to guests and internal personnel regarding facility
operations and building coordination lines.
5. Support basic facility administrative tasks, including operating Microsoft Office
applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for routine logging and reporting.
6. Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, tidy, presentable, and secure in
accordance with company grooming and aesthetic standards.
7.Coordinate with the Facilities team (FM/FM Lead) regarding issue reporting, front
office supply needs, and common area maintenance.
Requirements :
1. Minimum Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major
(Communication, Languages, Hospitality, or Tourism preferred)
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office, Customer Service, Receptionist, or
Hospitality roles.
3. Proficient in spoken and written Indonesian, with good command of English (both
spoken and written email correspondence).
4. Experience in the BPO or gaming industry is an advantage.
5. Proficient in operating Google Workplace App (Sheet, Slides, Mail), managing visitor
logbooks, and handling incoming/outgoing document traffic.
6. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifting schedules including night
shifts.
7. Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali (WFO).
