Requirement :
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Administration, Secretary, or related.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in administrative, front desk, or office support roles.
  • Strong communication skills with professional appearance and service mindset.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality

Jobs Description :
  • Manage front desk operations, welcome guests, and handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, room bookings, calendar reminders, and simple travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office documentation, filing systems (digital & physical), and prepare basic administrative reports.
  • Handle petty cash, record daily expenses, and coordinate submissions with Finance.
  • Support daily office operations, including office supplies and vendor coordination.
