Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries; direct them to the appropriate department
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, resident information, and visitor logs
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address resident needs
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage front desk cash handling
  • Respond to resident requests, complaints, or emergencies promptly and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting
  • Maintain the service standard and guest satisfaction as a priority

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (hotel, serviced apartments, or residences preferred)
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
