Role Description

We are seeking a Freelancer with eTOM Certification for a contract-based role OR on a MINOR engagement only at PT. Indonesia Global Solusindo (ISGS).

This position is on-site at our office in Jakarta, Indonesia. The responsibilities include analyzing IT service management and operational workflows, implementing ITIL and eTOM frameworks, and ensuring the delivery of optimized solutions for clients. The freelancer will collaborate with internal teams and customers to design, develop, and update ITIL and eTOM-aligned processes while ensuring projects meet quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with eTOM frameworks
• Ability to analyze and optimize IT service management and operational processes
• Proficiency in creating and implementing automation workflows and IT service-related enhancements
• Skills in communication, collaboration, and the documentation of technical processes
• Proven ability to work effectively in on-site team environments and deliver results within project timelines
• Experience working with enterprise-level IT environments and business processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
