We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy Views Editor to join our team. This role is responsible for transforming raw footage into highly engaging long-form and short-form content that maximizes audience retention and platform performance. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, internet culture, and social-first editing for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Edit engaging long-form and short-form video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Craft compelling narratives through pacing, transitions, cuts, captions, sound design, and visual storytelling to maximize viewer retention.
- Design and incorporate motion graphics, animated text, lower thirds, and visual effects to enhance content quality.
- Handle post-production processes including color correction, audio enhancement, subtitles, motion graphics, and final exports.
- Collaborate closely with producers, content strategists, and creative teams to align with creative direction and meet deadlines.
- Organize, manage, and archive editing assets efficiently.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, editing techniques, platform best practices, and emerging content formats.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, Views Editor, Content Editor, or in a similar creative editing role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional editing software.
- Strong motion graphics skills, including creating animated text, transitions, and visual assets.
- Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, audience retention, and engagement-driven editing.
- Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other social-first content formats.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Portfolio or demo reel showcasing editing and motion graphics work is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience editing creator, entertainment, lifestyle, interview, or branded content.
- Strong understanding of content performance metrics and audience optimization.
- Experience creating graphics packages, thumbnails, or other visual assets for digital content.

- Knowledge of viral editing styles, meme culture, and current social media trends.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for behind-the-scenes content, creative collaboration, or production support when needed.
