Freelance Trainer – Entrepreneurship for international school students

Location: Jabodetabek

Schedule: Approximately 1–2 sessions per week

Duration: 2 hours per session

Rate: IDR 300,000 per class hour

Estimated Monthly Income: IDR 2,400,000–4,800,000 (+ performance bonus)

We are the education partner of Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy (CMRA) in Southeast Asia to deliver their curriculum and certification for both K-12 STEAM education and Technical & Vocational Education Training (TVET). Through our training and certification, high school students enhance their chances of entering the best universities worldwide, and university and college graduates get access to internship opportunities and jobs of the future.

The Entrepreneurship Trainer is responsible for:

• Inspire students with stories of daring and successful entrepreneurs, like Elon Musk of SpaceX, Jeff Bezos of Amazon, and Steve Jobs of Apple fame.
• Deliver fun and interactive lessons for primary to high school students.
• Guide students through practical business and entrepreneurship projects.
• Coordinate and supervise industry immersion field trips.
• Prepare lesson materials and teaching resources
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment
• Monitor and document students learning progress

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in business and/or teaching.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Captivating public speaker.
• Strong storytelling skills that mesmerise the audience.
• Passionate & inspiring about entrepreneurship and business.
• Professional, patient, approachable, adaptable, and positive.
