Freelance Therapist - Indonesia

This is a contract-based, remote Therapist role. The Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic support to individuals or groups to promote emotional well-being, personal growth, and improved mental health outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and supporting clients in managing emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges. The role may also involve facilitating group therapy sessions or psychoeducational workshops and maintaining accurate, confidential clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Proficiency in providing therapeutic counseling and mental health support to individuals or groups
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Experience in assessment, treatment planning, and progress evaluation
• Ability to deliver virtual therapy sessions and facilitate group or psychoeducational workshops
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
• Empathetic, client-centered, and ethically grounded approach
• Background in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health field
• Relevant licensure or certification (as required by jurisdiction) is preferred
• Prior experience in clinical practice, counseling, or behavioral health settings is an advantage
