Role Description

This is a freelance contract role for a Freelance Software Engineer (Fullstack), based in Bandung. The Freelance Software Engineer (Fullstack) will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using modern technologies, integrating frontend and backend systems, and ensuring high performance and scalability of the platform. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing best practices in software development, and contributing to the development of AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer (junior developers with strong portfolios are welcome)
• Proficient in JavaScript, Next.js, and Python
• Familiar with databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience using Git in collaborative development workflows
• Understanding of web application security and performance best practices
• Familiar with Docker
• Experience using AI tools such as OpenAI, Gemini, or similar technologies
• Experience building AI chatbots or vector databases is a plus

Working Scheme

• Freelance contract for 6 months
• Working days: Monday Friday
• The selected candidate is expected to work from the office during the first month for onboarding and team collaboration. After that period, the working arrangement may become more flexible depending on project needs.
