Help the Department Head plan and develop strategies to attract the right candidates for Japan placement opportunities
Screen candidates based on their qualifications, including JLPT/JFT certificates, SSW status, and CV, then conduct interviews for final screening before connecting them to our Japanese partners
Follow up with candidates who have reached out to us, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the process
Guide and assist candidates in preparing their CV and completing profile sheets according to our Japanese partner standards, as well as verifying the completeness and accuracy of their documents
Act as the main point of contact between candidates and partners, coordinating interview schedules, responding to partner requests, and making sure communication flows smoothly on both sides
Keep track of all incoming candidates, assess their potential for job matching or class enrollment at Cetta Japanese, and report progress regularly to the Department Head
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum JLPT N3 (this is a must)
Have prior experience participating in a work or internship program in Japan.
Familiar with Japan's labor market, including JLPT/JFT certifications and the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program
A great communicator who can build rapport with candidates and maintain professional relationships with partners
Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable handling documents, tracking data, and managing multiple tasks at once
Self-driven and able to work independently as a freelancer while staying accountable to the team
