The Product Support (Freelance) role is responsible for assisting users by responding to inquiries and resolving issues through channels such as email, live chat, WhatsApp, and Google reviews. This role helps users understand and use the company's products or services while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. Responsibilities include documenting user interactions, staying updated on product information, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Engage with IDN user through Email, Live Chat, Whatsapp and Review on google console
- Responding to inquiries, providing information, offering assistance and solve user issues
- Assist user in our products or services, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette in all interactions.
- Document user interactions, stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to users.
- Collaborate with team members especially product team and engineering departments to ensure consistent and effective product support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma with minimum GPA 3,00 (on a scale of 4,0)
- Preferably has experience as customer service
- Have passion in operational task with self-driven for continuous learning and development with ability to work both independent and within team
- Detail oriented and could endure the repetitive task with adequate analytical thinking, communication, and adaptability skills
- Adopt customer centric view through service excellence mindset in order to provide simplicity and quality
