Freelance Mandarin Teacher

Job Responsibility

1. Teach Mandarin courses based on students proficiency levels, including HSK 1–6.

2. Prepare lesson plans and learning materials aligned with course objectives.

3. Provide personalized guidance and academic support to students.

4. Assess student performance and give constructive feedback.

5. Encourage active participation and interaction to improve language skills.

Qualifications

1. Strong Mandarin proficiency, both spoken and written.

2. Relevant educational background; teaching experience, study experience in China, or degrees in Education / Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language are preferred.

3. HSK Level 4–6 certification is an advantage.

4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online teaching platforms.

5. Patient, communicative, and able to engage students effectively.
