Ukirama is a cloud-based ERP company that helps businesses streamline and integrate their operations. As we continue to work with Mandarin-speaking clients, we're looking for someone who can support clear and effective communication during client interactions.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide real-time translation (Mandarin – Indonesian) during client meetings, both online and offline
- Support written communication in Mandarin, including drafting and translating emails and documents
- Help prepare meeting materials and support coordination with the team and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Strong Mandarin proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate business and technical terms professionally (minimum HSK 5)
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients in meetings
- Preferably based in Jabodetabek (Open for Indonesian citizen only)
- Experience in business or sales meetings (especially software/ERP) is a plus
