Role Overview
We are seeking a professional English Bahasa Indonesia Interpreter to support audit activities. The interpreter will facilitate accurate and effective communication between English-speaking and Bahasa Indonesia-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time interpreting (English Bahasa Indonesia) during company audit project.
- Perform document translation when required
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and contextual relevance in interpretation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
- Support cross-functional communication between local and international teams
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in interpreting and/or translating
- Strong listening, comprehension, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a professional business environment
- Good cultural awareness and professionalism
- Prior experience supporting corporate meetings is a plus
Project overview:
- Duration: Approx. 8 weeks (starting end of February)
- Schedule: MondayFriday, primarily starting in the afternoon (hours may occasionally extend into late evening depending on work requirements)
Engagement Details
- Freelance / short-term contract
- On-site presence required
- Working hours: As scheduled (typically business hours)
