Job Description :
- Manage end-to-end KOL campaigns from proposal preparation to campaign execution and reporting.
- Source and shortlist KOLs based on campaign objectives, target audience, and platform.
- Develop KOL strategies and prepare proposal or pitching decks, including budget planning and performance analysis.
- Coordinate KOL briefings, content approvals, posting schedules, and campaign deliverables.
- Monitor campaign performance, handle issues, and ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Work closely with Account, Sales, and internal teams to deliver strategic KOL solutions.
- Maintain communication and strong relationships with KOLs and stakeholders.
- Update campaign trackers, reporting documents, and KOL databases.
- Analyze campaign performance data to support optimization and reporting.
Qualifications :
- Min. 1 - 3 year experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Specialist, or Campaign Operations.
- Strong understanding of KOL ecosystem and tiers (Nano to Celebrity).
- Experienced in proposal/pitching decks and campaign execution.
- Able to analyze KOL performance metrics such as ER, reach, views, CTR, and CPM.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiar with Google Workspace, Sheets, Trello, and campaign trackers.
- Bonus: experience in creative ideation or campaign concepting.
- Willing to work from office 3x / week
- Currently not employed in any full-time position.
