Job Description

  • Maintain and update payment tracker records to ensure accurate monitoring and reconciliation of transactions.
  • Generate, review, and process billing documentation through the Microsoft Dynamics inventory system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain inventory-related documentation and filing systems to support proper record keeping and operational compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Finance Operations or similar finance-related roles.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage priorities efficiently.
