JOB DESC / ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
Daily UGC monitoring and update
Make sure hygiene activities across all platforms, including in Community has no missed out
Responsible to maintain relationship with community members/external community
Tracking all shared activities from client and make sure no missed out in the process
PIC for all activities including Gamification, Contest, and Gifts (FOC) Delivery, Online/Offline Event
In-charge for the most publishing items (Community Post, News & Tips, Banners, Push Notifications)
Content development to engage with Members (Community Discussion once a week)
REQUIREMENTS
Education background/major: Bachelor Degree in any major
Experience needed : 1-3 years of working (fresh graduates are welcomed)
Adaptable and quick to learn new tools
Community engagement and moderation skill
Good time management and multitasking
Good interpersonal communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Intermediate / Advanced in English
Excel Skill : Basic / Intermediate / Advanced
