Freelance Coding Tutor

This is a part-time remote role as a Freelance Coding Tutor. The tutor will guide children ranging from 6 to 17 years old through programming concepts in an engaging and dynamic manner. Daily responsibilities include conducting online classes, explaining coding concepts clearly, assisting students with their projects, and fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment. Tutors will also provide feedback, monitor progress, and ensure students stay motivated and engaged.

• Strong coding knowledge, including familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Scratch, JavaScript, or similar.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
• Experience working with children or adolescents, including teaching, tutoring, or mentoring.
• Ability to foster creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration in a fun and interactive learning environment.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment to conduct remote tutoring sessions.
• Prior experience in online teaching or familiarity with online learning platforms is a plus.
• Interest in working with children and helping them develop their potential in STEM fields.
