Role Summary:

The Freelance B2B Sales role focuses on identifying potential business clients, conducting outreach, and closing deals to support company growth. You will manage your own sales pipeline, engage directly with decision-makers, and negotiate business opportunities, all with full flexibility. This role is ideal for independent, target-driven professionals seekinghigh commissions, flexible work, and reliable side income, with the opportunity to build a long-term sales career and client base.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Conduct prospecting and build a qualified list of potential B2B clients.

2. Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, or professional networks.

3. Deliver product/service presentations and clearly communicate the value proposition.

4. Negotiate, close deals, and maintain relationships with clients and perform necessary follow-ups.

5. Manage the sales pipeline and update progress through CRM or spreadsheets.

6. Coordinate with internal teams regarding client needs, contracts, and onboarding.

QUALIFICATION

1.Minimum 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

2. Skilled in prospecting and cold outreach (calls/emails/LinkedIn).

3. Strong business network that can support market development.

4.Experience selling services: training, agency,other B2B offerings (Good to have)
