We are seeking a Freelance Account Manager to lead and manage integrated advertising campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong client-facing experience, excellent project management skills, and the ability to oversee multi-channel campaigns from briefing through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong day-to-day relationships and satisfaction
- Lead the development and implementation of 360 campaigns (TV, print, OOH, digital, activations, etc.)
- Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for creative, media, and production teams
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Monitor campaign progress and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Present strategic and creative proposals to clients with confidence and clarity
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated campaign success
- Provide regular status reports and post-campaign evaluations
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in an advertising agency, preferably in a similar 360 account management role
- Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels
- Strong client management, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to work independently and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken)
- Familiar with budgeting, timelines, and project documentation
