We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Freelance Account Executive to support end-to-end project management across integrated marketing campaigns. This role will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate 360 advertisiong & creative projects from briefing to execution.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, production, media, and other cross-functional teams.
- Prepare meeting notes, project trackers, timelines, and status reports.
- Support campaign planning, implementation, and post-campaign reporting.
- Identify project risks and proactively provide solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and agency quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, Client Service, or a related role.
- Experience handling integrated marketing campaigns or multiple stakeholders is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to work full work from office (WFO) in Jakarta.
