Must Have
- Highly responsive, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
- Intermediate SQL skills with the ability to query and analyze large datasets.
- Comfortable working with data and identifying patterns or anomalies under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with curiosity to investigate unusual behaviors.
- Technically inclined with the ability to understand complex systems and integrations.
Nice to Have
- Passion for gaming or familiarity with the mobile gaming industry.
- Experience in OfferWall platforms or the AdTech ecosystem.
- Previous experience in fraud operations, fraud analysis, or similar investigative roles.
Responsibilities
- Monitor traffic patterns and performance metrics to identify suspicious activities and inconsistencies.
- Investigate fraud alerts, determine root causes, and take timely corrective actions.
- Use SQL to analyze internal datasets and validate anomalies or unusual revenue fluctuations.
- Communicate investigation findings and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Support senior Fraud Analysts with intermediate-level investigations and data analysis.
- Follow established SOPs to ensure investigations are accurate, consistent, and well documented.
- Contribute to improving fraud detection processes, operational workflows, and product enhancements.
