You will excel by refining our Anti-Fraud Strategy, leveraging advanced data analytics to uncover hidden red flags, and fostering a culture of vigilance through effective awareness programs.

What You Do:

• Shape Anti-Fraud Strategy: Build and refine the enterprise-wide Anti-Fraud Strategy & Framework, ensuring it aligns with best-in-class practices and regulatory standards.
• Leverage Data Analytics: Use advanced data analytics to detect fraud red flags, design smarter controls, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the Fraud Detection System (FDS).
• Drive Awareness & Reporting: Lead Fraud Awareness Programs and Whistleblowing initiatives to cultivate a vigilant organizational culture, while preparing and submitting critical reports directly to the Board of Directors and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
• Protect & Optimize: Support good decision-making through strong risk analysis, protecting the group from unforeseen losses while keeping risk within appetite and sharpening our competitive edge.

Who You Are:

• Experienced & Qualified: Hold a bachelor's degree in finance, Law, Accounting, Statistics, Risk, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking Fraud, Risk, or Internal Audit.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a successful history in Fraud Prevention and Detection, with the ability to identify patterns and mitigate threats effectively.
• Analytically Sharp: Possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data analytics tools to drive insights and improve control mechanisms.
• Strategic Communicator: Ability to communicate complex risk issues clearly to senior stakeholders, including the Board and regulators.
• Ethical & Resilient: Maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, thriving in an independent, high-stakes environment that demands attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
