Job Description:

Support in fraud investigations (handle case escalations from other teams)
Conduct interviews with witnesses and related parties
Gather evidence (CCTV footage, system logs, interviews, etc.) and compile investigation reports.
Layout assessments
Identify fraud modus operandi (MO)

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of experience in investigation, internal audit, risk management, compliance, or similar fields.
Experience in logistics, courier, or e-commerce industries is a plus.
Familiarity with control charts and logistics systems
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct investigative interviews professionally and objectively.
Proficient in preparing chronological case reports and documentation.
Strong integrity and work ethic.
Able to handle pressure and manage sensitive situations calmly. Willingness to travel for business across cities.
Willing to be placed in Ternate.
