- Identify and analyze fraud signals from SPX Express (SPX) operator tools, including Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and driver applications.
- Maintain and continuously improve fraud leading indicators to monitor suspicious system behaviors and preempt risks.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Operations teams to validate system loopholes and design robust mitigation workflows.
- Formulate and recommend preventive operational controls tailored to each identified Modus Operandi (MO).
- Support regional partners in implementing and executing regional fraud testing programs within existing operational flows.
- Validate, stress-test, and report on emerging fraud Modus Operandi (MO) and escalated risk reports from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Conduct rigorous Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) on emerging fraud patterns to establish long-term mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed stress-test reports on new Modus Operandi (MO) to the investigator and fraud project teams.
- Coordinate closely with cross-value chain operations to simulate and map out potential new fraud scenarios.
- Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Operations, Management, Criminology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Possess 2 to 5 years of solid professional experience in express logistics supply chains, fraud prevention, or risk operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, root-cause analysis, and threat/vulnerability stress-testing.
- Strong capability in identifying fraud patterns and developing preventive operational controls.
- Strong critical thinking, logical reasoning, and objective skepticism to solve complex fraud loopholes.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a high level of professional integrity and ethics.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel across Indonesia based on operational requirements.
- Based in Indonesia.
