Adecco is seeking an experienced Fraud & Authentication Manager to join a leading global payments technology organization's client. This role requires a specialist with deep expertise in fraud prevention and authentication practices for debit and credit card portfolios (consumer and corporate). (1 year contract)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop best-in-class fraud management and authentication practices for the Indonesian market, leveraging global frameworks and local insights.
- Conduct diagnostics of existing fraud teams and identify gaps in governance, processes, policies, team structure, and technology.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance fraud management and authentication capabilities, including defining key initiatives and assessing financial impact.
- Create detailed blueprints for initiatives, including charters, process flows, concept documents, and SOPs.
- Evaluate current fraud management and authentication technologies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate directly with clients to implement changes, such as deploying new SOPs, training teams, launching analytics models, and optimizing fraud management platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in risk/fraud management within banking, ideally managing debit and credit card portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with fraud management and authentication technology stacks.
- Solid understanding of banking risk frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
