Fractionation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement production schedules and estimate labor hour requirements for completion of work tasks

- Inspect product to verify conformance to specifications and direct machine setup and adjustments

- Interpret work orders to employees

- Coordinate production activities with other production supervisors, procurement, maintenance, warehouse, and quality departments through active communication to achieve and maintain results

- Ensure that all employees are properly trained and that responsibilities are defined and understood

- Provide regular performance feedback

- Responsible for all disciplinary actions up to and including termination of employment.

- Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules

- Observe safety of work area, employees, and first responders for all workplace accidents

- Demonstrate commitment to food safety and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Minimum Chemical Engineering/Chemistry Degree

- Experienced in Essential oil/Chemical industry as Production team for at least 1 year

- Able to speak and communicate in English

- Willing to work in Gunung Putri area in 3 shifts/6 working days.
