Job Description
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in HSE roles within the offshore oil and gas industry, with specific experience in FPU/FLNG/FPU projects
- Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE management systems in alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
- Experience with SIMOPS procedures and the ability to manage simultaneous operations safely
- Experience in develop and implement HSE management systems to ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards
- Experience in identify and document non-conformances, and lead the resolution process to prevent recurrence
- Experience in managing SIMOPS activities to ensure safe and efficient operations
