As an FP&A Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic business decisions across greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Analysing key financial data and providing actionable insights to drive business performance.
- Monitoring financial performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with operational goals.
- Preparing detailed financial reports and presenting them to senior management.
- Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems.
- Conducting in-depth market and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Profile
A Successful FP&A Manager Should Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's and/or certifications are not a must but beneficial.
- 8+ years of proven experience, ideally within the technology and telecoms industry. Big 4 experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic and mindset.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights effectively.
- Strong business partnering abilities to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (i.e., Oracle, SAP, Power BI).
- Fluency in English is a must.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
