Role Summary
- Build Features End-to-End: Develop backend services, APIs, and UI components that power our no-code fraud engine.
- Collaborate Closely: Work directly with the founder and product team to prioritize, plan, and ship new functionality.
- Talk to Users: Understand real customer pain points and help translate them into product improvements.
- Improve Our Stack: Suggest better tools, clean up tech debt, and help us scale what works.
- Grow With Us: Gain experience across frontend, backend, cloud, and product with the option to specialize over time.
You Should Apply If You
- Have13 yearsof experience in software development (or equivalent skills from projects, bootcamps, or startups).
- Are comfortable writing and debugging code inTypeScript,Python, orGo.
- Product-Led: You care about business impact and user experience, not just technical
- Enjoy wearing multiple hats: product thinking, and engineering.
- Communicative and Transparent: You over-communicate in a startup environment that values clarity.
- Owner Mindset: You don't wait to be told what to do you take initiative and solve problems end-to-end.
