Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Founding Member - Palembang at LINKID. The Founding Member will focus on initiating and building a network of local professionals, planning and leading community activities, facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions, and creating partnerships within the Palembang area. The role also involves gathering insights to enhance the community experience and collaborating with the central team to implement growth strategies. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow an impactful professional community.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions
• Exceptional Communication skills for building and nurturing professional relationships
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to help expand the community and drive business growth
• Proficiency in Research to identify market trends, opportunities, and regional best practices
• Passion for networking and collaboration with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup
• Prior community-building or leadership experience is a plus
• Knowledge of the Palembang professional community and local business ecosystem is an advantage
