Founder's Office Intern
About the Company
- Our client is an early-stage startup building and growing its business through multiple channels, including business development, in-store activation, e-commerce operations, influencer engagement, and livestreaming activities. The company is looking for a highly proactive intern who is interested in gaining first-hand exposure to how a startup is built and operated from the ground up.
About the Role
- This is a founder's office role designed for a current university student who wants broad exposure across different aspects of startup operations. Working directly with the founder, you will support the company's most important business priorities and take on projects based on evolving business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the founder on key business activities and operational priorities
- Gain exposure across multiple functions, including:
- Field business development and partnerships
- In-store activation
- E-commerce operations
- Influencer sourcing and outreach
- Livestreaming operations
- Campus marketing
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects as priorities shift
- Adapt quickly and contribute across different areas of the business
Requirements
Must-have:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate (S1) program, preferably in the penultimate year
- Available for at least 3 months of internship
- Able to work regularly in-person in Jakarta (minimum 3 days per week)
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and switching between different types of tasks
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take on hands-on field work
Preferred:
- Any academic background is welcome — curiosity and willingness to learn are valued
- Previous exposure to social media, e-commerce, startups, personal projects, side hustles, or internships is a plus
