Energy is one of the largest cost drivers for factories and a major source of global emissions, yet many companies lack the tools and clarity needed to act on efficiency and decarbonization opportunities.

By developing technology-enabled solutions that accelerate better energy decisions and implementation, this venture aims to unlock significant cost savings while driving meaningful emissions reduction.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Founder to lead the venture from validation through launch and scale. You will work closely with customers and industry stakeholders to refine the opportunity, shape the product and business model, and drive early traction.

This role requires a combination of leadership, commercial instinct, and hands-on execution. You will play a central role in building the company's foundation, securing early customers and partners, defining the long-term direction of the venture and lead the venture as CEO/Founder.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in industrial energy, energy services, industrial technology, or related sectors
• Proven experience as a founder, operator, or senior leader delivering industrial or energy-related projects or solutions
• Strong experience working with commercial and industrial customers (C&I)
• Indonesia or Southeast Asia experience strongly preferred

Three Must-Have Skills:

• Industrial energy expertise Deep understanding of industrial energy systems, infrastructure, or efficiency solutions
• Ecosystem leadership Ability to work across multiple stakeholders including customers, technical partners, and industry players
• Technology and solution mindset Experience with energy analytics, digital solutions, or technology-enabled industrial offerings
