Job Description
As a Deployed Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Partner with enterprise clients to understand operational challenges and define success metrics
- Translate complex, open-ended problems into clear technical designs
- Build and deploy AI agents integrated into client systems
- Own end-to-end delivery, including reliability, performance, and iteration
- Work with real data to test solutions and continuously improve outcomes
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality implementations
- Contribute to internal tools, documentation, and scalable best practices
The Successful Applicant
- 6+ years of experience in technical problem-solving or engineering roles
- Strong foundation in software and system design
- Experience contributing to solution scoping, discovery, or early-stage technical strategy
- Comfortable working directly with customers and navigating ambiguity
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Experience working across integrations, systems, and data flows
- Curious about and motivated to build practical AI-powered systems
Nice To Have
- Background in forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering roles
- Exposure to AI agents, automation, or conversational systems
